North Star Recycling and Hong Kong PolyU Wuxi Tech Innovation Research Institute Establish Joint Lab for Smart Green Equipment

On the morning of December 20, the signing and unveiling ceremony for industry-university and university-university collaboration projects of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University Wuxi Technology and Innovation Research Institute was successfully held at the Airport Economic Development Zone.

During the event, the Hong Kong Polytechnic University Wuxi Technology and Innovation Research Institute signed an agreement with North Star Advanced Recycling Technology (Qingdao) Co., Ltd. and unveiled the plaque for the Joint Laboratory of Smart Green Equipment. This collaboration aims to strengthen industry-university partnerships, cultivate high-end applied technical talents to meet industrial demands, support national strategic needs, and boost industrial development.

Dr. Zhang, Chairman and General Manager of North Star Recycling, along with Dr. Ge, Head of Technical Solution, and Dr. Han, Director of AI and Digitalization, attended the ceremony and witnessed this important moment. Prior to the event, they visited the Hong Kong PolyU Wuxi Tech Innovation Research Institute, accompanied by university representatives, and viewed exhibits including human-robot collaborative manufacturing systems, intelligent product service systems, industrial artificial intelligence, and unmanned vehicle-drone linkage equipment.
